When a client contacts us with a staffing problem, our experienced search professionals get to work and craft a plan tailored to their needs. While each client is different, our headhunters work according to three principles.
First and foremost, we listen to what our clients have to say. What is their specific need, or the staffing issue causing them the most pain? We gather as much information as possible about the type of candidates our client needs, who they would like to target, and how much time they have to spend on the recruitment process.
Once we have all the information we need, our search team gets to work. We work aggressively using our large database of contacts throughout the industry in question, targeting candidates who fit our client’s needs. Using our own internal tools, working contacts via phone, email and in person, utilizing social media when necessary and old-fashioned “pounding the pavement,” our team will assemble a list of candidates who they believe will best address your needs.
When the client approves our candidate list, we begin the interview process, methodically evaluating each candidate according to their strengths, weaknesses and our ability to help their business. Once our client is satisfied, the selected candidate is signed and the onboarding and orientation process can begin.
