We focus on getting to know candidates and their experience, knowledge, skills, attitudes, and behaviors, as these reveal which are most likely to be successful in the position. Whenever possible this is done in face-to-face meetings, and when factors like distance or work scheduling make that impossible interviews are conducted via Internet video chat or phone. No resume is ever submitted without this step.

Every candidate submission includes a recruiter’s summary that highlights the candidate’s abilities, achievements and objectives in relationship to the employer’s requirements for the open role, as well as any other materials specific to the search requested by the client such as questionnaires, personality tests etc.
